Every cat we rescue needs more than just food and shelter - it needs people like you. Our volunteers are the reason we can say “yes” to the next scared cat who does not thrive or "show well" in a traditional shelter and say "yes" to the senior cat with limited time and opportunities.

Ways You Can Help

Transport driving: Be a freedom ride hero. Move cats to vet appointments, foster homes, and adoption events. We need drivers throughout New England, from New York to Connecticut, Massachusetts and Maine!

Marketing & pop-up events: Share our mission, Chat with potential adopters and hand out high-fives and information about our rescue and adoptable cats!

Fundraising: Dream up creative ways to raise money so we can say “yes” to medical cases, help us manage our donor network.

Fostering: Open your home and heart. Give a cat a safe landing spot while they wait for their forever person.
